It didn't work, and in part the War of 1812 ensued. It actually demonstrates that however well intentioned 'socialized' programs are, they are usually too poorly crafted and too inefficient to be effective. Those 2 signs have caught my attention as well. And like you said there is no crest or obvious elevation differences. Its true those coastal bays are healthier than the Chesapeake, but they are still suffering from too much nitrogen and too many boat motors. Keep up the interesting comments.
