However, the intent of the legislation was commercial: to provide for better working conditions for those seamen who were regularly pressed or enticed by the British Navy.  It didn&#039;t work, and in part the War of 1812 ensued.  It actually demonstrates that however well intentioned &#039;socialized&#039; programs are, they are usually too poorly crafted and too inefficient to be effective.

This, my view, is respectfully offered, and is based upon years of working with government agencies.</description>

		<description>Mr Berg, I bet you were heading west along route 90 and not 50. Those 2 signs have caught my attention as well. And like you said there is no crest or obvious elevation differences.
Its true those coastal bays are healthier than the Chesapeake, but they are still suffering from too much nitrogen and too many boat motors.
